Kefford Ferguson
Welcome to Kefford Ferguson, a small law firm dedicated to seeking justice for survivors of institutional sexual abuse. We understand the pain and trauma that survivors of abuse experience, and we are here to help you navigate the legal system and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
At our law firm, we specialise in cases of institutional sexual abuse. We have extensive experience working with survivors who have been abused in a variety of settings, including state care, juvenile detention, churches, youth organisations, schools and other institutions. Our team of legal experts is committed to fighting for the rights of survivors and holding institutions accountable for their failures to protect vulnerable children in their community.
One thing that sets us apart from other law firms is our commitment to meeting with clients wherever it suits them, including metropolitan and regional areas across Australia. We understand that for many survivors of abuse, meeting in a traditional office setting can be difficult or triggering. That’s why our founder, Liz, is committed to traveling to meet with clients in the comfort of their own homes or in other locations which feel safe and comfortable to them. We aim for survivors to get the legal help they need without having to relive the trauma of their abuse in a stressful environment.
We take a personalised approach to each case we handle. We understand that every survivor’s experience is unique, and we work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and goals. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, supportive legal representation which puts the needs of survivors first.
If you or someone you love has been the victim of institutional sexual abuse, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We offer a free initial consultation and are committed to helping survivors seek justice and find healing. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help.
